Played a key role in a Human Machine Interface project by generating concepts, developing a UI design system, and creating a concept validation survey with automated evaluation of key results

During the Fall of 2023, I worked as a UX/UI designer within the Global Innovation Group working cross-functionally with industrial designers and engineers to build out future concepts in the company's product pipeline.
Our co-op project focused on advancing monitoring and access solutions in the company's residential business unit.
Within our team of six, I helped lead user research through surveys and contextual interviews to guide product strategy, manage cross-functional project deadlines, develop user flows, screens, and prototypes for the project's mobile app

During the Spring of 2023, I worked as a product developer within the Global Shark Beauty team to support cross-functional development of new product innovations within the category.
Evaluated product performance and user experience by conducting user interviews and launched global surveys to gain insights on human factors, touchpoints, KPIs, and Consumer Satisfaction Indicators.
Developed competitive landscapes to identify and evaluate key competitors marketing, technology, claims, and consumer based strengths and weaknesses to inform strategy for new product development in the personal care category.
