Their innovative products powered by the myQ digital ecosystem are found in millions of homes and commercial applications across the globe.
During the Fall of 2023, I worked as a UX/UI designer with Chamberlain's Global Innovations Group working cross-functionally with industrial designers and engineers to build out future concepts in the company's product pipeline.
Our co-op project focused on furthering Chamberlain's monitoring and access solutions in the company's residential business unit.
Within our team of six, I helped lead user research through surveys and contextual interviews to guide product strategy, manage cross-functional project deadlines, develop user flows, screens, and prototypes for the project's mobile app.
